A dismal tunnel in Moscow is where we find Batman in this issue. He is with another gentleman by the name of Petr. Both of them seem to be in the tunnels hiding from someone called the Bear. The next few pages are bland we then come across a scene with a man whipping a creature name Fydor. This comic is not compelling enough for me to want the next issue it was rather dull and I would not recommend picking up this issue to read.
