The prequel opens up with the Joker irritating Batman as they are driving to Arkham Asylum. Batman recaps the recent arrests he made. Comparing them to one another coming to the conclusion that one person is behind the tips. It then concludes with Harley Quinn trying to get Bane ready for what's to come. The rest of the story is in the game play.
